| 摘 要： | 目的探讨利凡诺联合复方米非司酮终止中期妊娠的临床效果。方法选择100例中期妊娠健康妇女,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。试验组行利凡诺和复方米非司酮联合治疗;对照组单纯行利凡诺治疗。结果 72 h内引产成功率试验组为100%,对照组为96%(P<0.05);胎儿及胎盘娩出时间分别为(12.14±4.89)h和(6.98±2.46)h,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胎盘、胎膜残留及2 h出血量例数试验组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利凡诺联合复方米非司酮终止中期妊娠效果优于单纯应用利凡诺。
