IHA和SPA-ELISA检测华支睾吸虫病效果的比较

本文报道了IHA和SPA-ELISA在实验室和现场同时检测华支睾吸虫病效果的比较。26份正常人和11份华支睾吸虫病人血清,IHA的阴性及阳性符合率分别为100％和90.9％;SPA—ELISA分别为92.3％和90.9％,两者符合率无显著差别。现场对比研究表明,IHA与粪检的阳性及阴性符合率分别为85.88％和70.58％;SPA-ELISA分别为90.6％和79.3％,两者阳性符合率无显著性差别,而阴性符合率的差别有高度显著性,提示SPA-ELISA现场诊断华支睾吸虫病比IHA更具有可信性。

COMPARISON OF THE RESULTS BETWEEN IHA AND SPA-ELISA FOR DIAGNOSIS OF CLONORCHIASIS

This paper reports the result of comparsion between IHA and SPAELISA for the diagnosis of clonorchiasis sinensis in the laboratory and field. The sera of 26 normal persons and 11 patients were tested in the laboratory. The negative and positive rates in SPA-ELISA were 92.39％ and 90.9％, and IHA 100％ and 90.9％ respectively. Statistically significant differences did not exsist between the rates of SPA-ELISA and IHA. In the field, 809 sera in population were measured. The result showed that the negative and positive accord-rates between SPA-ELISA and stool test were 79.3％ and 90.6％, and IHA 70.58％ and 85.88％ respectively. There was no significant difference between the two negative accordrates, but a significant difference was found between the two positive ones. It suggests that the result of SPA-ELISA for diagnosis of clonorchiasis sinensis in the field seems to be more believable than IHA.
