胃肠手术患者是否吸烟与吻合口愈合质量的关系初探

目的：探讨胃肠手术患者的吻合口愈合质量好坏与是否吸烟的关系。方法：将156例因胃手术而行胃空肠吻合的患者,分为不吸烟组和吸烟组各78例。所有患者均行毕Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合重建。所有患者均于手术后行胃镜检查,观察吻合口情况。结果：无吸烟组、吸烟组吻合口溃疡的发生率分别为7.7%、17.9%;吻合口炎的发生率分别为10.3%、26.8%。无吸烟组与吸烟组在吻合口溃疡的发生率、吻合口炎发生率方面差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：普外科进行胃肠手术前,应劝导吸烟患者戒烟,以减少并发症的发生。

The analysis of whether the relationship of smoking and the healing quality of anastomosis in gastrointestinal surgery

Objective：To evaluate the effect of smoking on gastrointestinal anastomotic healing quality.Methods：156 cases of gastric surgery for gastrointestinal anastomotic patients were divided into non-smoking group of 78 patients and 78 cases.All patients underwent complete type Ⅱ gastrointestinal anastomotic reconstruction.All patients were checked-up endoscopy after the operation to observe the situation anastomosis.Results：No smoking,smoking incidence of anastomotic ulcer were 7.7%,17.9%;match the incidence of stomatitis was 10.3%,26.8%.Non-smoking group and smoking group in the incidence of anastomotic ulcer,the incidence of anastomotic inflammation there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Before surgery for gastrointestinal,medical personnel should advise patients to quit smoking to reduce the incidence of complications.
