针刺加艾灸治疗痔瘘术后尿潴留疗效观察和护理

目的 观察针刺加艾灸治疗痔瘘术后尿潴留的疗效,为病人的治疗和护理提供一定的依据。方法 对146例痔瘘术后尿潴留的患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组用针刺加艾灸法解除尿潴留,对照组用肌注新斯的明法解除尿潴留进行疗效对比观察。结果 观察组78例,显效46例,有效27例,总有效率94％;对照组(肌注新斯的明组)68例,显效15例,有效21例,总有效率53％。经统计学处理γ~2=31.7,P<0.01,两组治疗结果有显著性差异。结论 用针刺加艾灸法治疗痔瘘术后尿潴留疗效优于常用药新斯的明肌泣法。

Nursing and Observation of the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Urinary Retention After Hemorrhoid and Fistula Operation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus moxibustion in treating urinary retention after hemorrhoid and fistula operation, to provide evidences for efficient treatment and care of these patients. Methods One hundred and forty-six subjects were divided randomly into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Patients in the experimental group received acupuncture plus moxibustion treatment while the control group received intramuscular injection with neos-digmine. Results Among seventy-eight patients in the experimental group, forty-six showed significant improvement and twenty-seven improved, with total effective rate of 94%. However, among the sixty-eight patients in the control group, fifteen patients showed significant improvement and twenty-one improved, with total effective rate of 53%. Through statistical analysis, it was convinced that the difference between the two groups was convinced that the difference between the two groups was signifi -cant (x2 =31.7, P< 0. 01). Conclusions Acupuncture plus moxibustion is a more efficient approach in treating urinary retention caused by hemorrhoid and fistula operation than the conventional intramuscular injection of neosdigmine.
