对广西21家省级医疗机构医护人员手部卫生抽检结果的分析研究

目的通过分析省级医疗机构医护人员手部卫生抽检结果,了解医疗机构医护人员手部卫生管理现状,加强对医护人员手部卫生规范管理工作的监管及指导。方法按照卫生部2002年版《消毒技术规范》及《医院洁净手术部消毒技术规范》进行。结果抽查广西21家省级医疗机构296名医护人员手部卫生,合格233人,合格率为78·71%。结论医疗机构医护人员手部卫生管理质量和效果不容乐观,存在明显发生医院交叉感染的危险因素,应加强对医疗机构医护人员手部卫生规范管理的监管,确保医疗服务质量安全。

Analyzing Research on the Result of Random Examination of Hands Hygiene of Medical Staff from 21 Provincial Medical Organizations

Objective To get a better understanding of hands hygiene management of medical staff by analyzing hands hygiene examination results of medical staff in provincial medical organizations,and to strengthen the supervision and guidance for hands hygiene management of medical staff.Measures The research was carried out in accordance with the normalization for sterilized technique,(version by MOH,2002)and normalization for sterilized technique of hospital operation.Results 296 medical staff in 21 hospitals at provincial level in Guangxi was examined for hands hygiene,233 of which were qualified,with a qualified rate of 78.71%.Conclusion The quality and effect of hands hygiene management for medical staff were not satisfied;the dangerous factor of cross infection in hospital was obvious;the management and monitoring of hands hygiene for medical staff should be strengthened,as to ensure the quality of medical service.
