老年人交通事故性十二指肠损伤临床分析

目的 探讨60岁以上老年人交通事故性十二指肠损伤的诊断和治疗。方法 对38例60岁以上老年人交通事故性十二指肠损伤患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 治愈34例，死亡4例，死亡率10．53％（2例死于合并严重肝脾破裂、胰腺损伤，1例死于出血创伤性休克并多器官功能衰竭；1例死于合并颅脑损伤并脑疝形成）。并发症：发生十二指肠瘘4例，腹腔脓肿3例，多器官功能衰竭2例，肠梗阻2例。结论 综合考虑病情尽快作出正确的诊断，治疗时针对不同损伤类型选择不同的外科治疗方案，是提高治愈率的关键。

Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of duodeum injuries occurres in the ages over 60 years old resulted from traffic accidents

Objective To invesigate the d ia gnosis and treatment of duodenum injuries occurred in the aged over 60 years old resulted from traffic accidents.Methods The clinical data of 3 8 cases of duodenrm injuries occurred in the aged over 60 years old resulted fro m traffic accidents were summarized.Results 34 patients cured,s ix died and the death rate was 10.53%.3 patients incorporated with hepatorrhexis and splenic rupture,who died of hemorrhagic shock,traumatic shock and MOF after operation.One case incorporated with cerebral trauma and succumb to cerebral he rmia.Complications:4 patients devdoped wreh bowel obstuction,3 patients emerged abdominal coovity abscess,2 patients were MODS,2 patients emerged intestinal obs traction.Conclusion Evaluating the stall of an illness roudly w hen you make a catcgory as soon as possible and choosing the right treatment sch eme by the diffrene patient is the key to increase the cure rade.
