| Abstract: | Research team is the important carrier of research innovation and personnel training.In the article,the author described the status of research team building and management in military hospital,analyzed the corresponding problems.Additionally,the author gave some suggestions on the group building and improvement of innovation and competitiveness to achieve the sustainable,steady and coordinated development of medical science research. |
