| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妇产科手术患者腹部切口的护理体会。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2009年5月本院妇产科共实施腹部切口手术364例患者实施的护理。结果通过在术前对患者进行饮食调节,健康指导和心理护理,术中严格执行无菌操作,术后对切口进行的严密护理和康复指导,促进了患者的早日康复。结论对患者腹部切口进行护理,能够使患者切口恢复良好,提高手术的成功率和降低手术的风险,避免医疗纠纷,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the obstetric and gynecological surgical nursing of patients with abdominal incision.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2007 to May 2009 the implementation of the Changhua Christian Hospital were 364 cases of abdominal incision for patients with care.Results The patients in the preoperative diet,health and psychological care and guidance,strictly aseptic surgery,after the close of the incision to guide the care and rehabilitation,to promote the patients soon.Conclusion Patients with abdominal incision care,can make a good recovery in patients with incision to improve surgical success rate and reduce the risk of surgery to avoid medical malpractice,is worthy of clinical use. |
