| 摘 要： | 目的强化经桡动脉途径实施冠状动脉介入诊疗围手术期护理,避免危险因素发生,达到最佳诊疗效果。方法回顾分析386例接受冠脉造影加支架置入患者的临床资料,寻找即往护理薄弱环节,采取护理应对。结果386例患者病变血管再通,无局部出血及血肿等并发症。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗,其手术安全,并发症少,且护理有效配合起到重要作用。
