| 摘 要： | 目的：掌握临床医学系新生的焦虑状况，了解其焦虑类型与强度，分析其心理特点及主要存在的心理问题。方法：使用焦虑自评量表（SAS），采用整群抽样法，对128位临床医学系新生进行当场测试。结果：男女生焦虑状况未见显著性差异，焦虑初检出率为5．5％，轻度焦虑占较大部分。结论：根据临床医学系新生焦虑状况的特点，针对性地开展和加强心理健康教育非常必要。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the anxiety state of medical college freshmen and analyze the main psychological problem, then to help the government to formulate better measures to safeguard the freshmen＇s mental health. Methods：The anxiety state of 128 medical university freshmen was surveyed by using the questionnaire for self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）. Results：The incidence of anxiety problem in medical college freshmen was 5.5%. Most of them have had mild anxiety. Comparing the male and female students, it appears little difference, which turns out to be no statistical significance. Conclusion：On the basis of medical college freshmen＇s anxiety condition in this study, it is essential to strengthen health education in mental health in accordance with their respective characteristics. |
