颅中窝入路是手术切除岩斜区、脑干腹侧部等占位性病变的常用入路,此入路毗邻颈内动脉、耳蜗、半规管、面神经等重要结构,正确定位耳蜗是手术成功的关键。从最初的三角法到夹角法再到四边形法,耳蜗的解剖学定位越来越精细准确。影像和导航技术使术前、术中定位耳蜗成为可能。经典解剖学定位法和现代影像、导航技术在术前、术中的普及应用对颅中窝入路手术中耳蜗定位各有利弊。应用影像、导航技术在术前、术中定位耳蜗可能是未来发展趋势。
