| 摘 要： | 报告了胆囊切除术中损伤肝外胆管5例。男3例,女2例,平均年龄63岁。急症手术2例,择期手术3例。胆总管横断3例,胆总管部分切除1例,胆总管部分损伤1例。同时对胆管损伤的原因及防治方法进行讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper includes 5 cases of male 3 and famale 2 which bile duct was injured during cholecystectomy and the mean age was 63 years old. In these patients, emergency operation was performed 2 and selective 3 and transection of choledochus was caused 3. partial excision 1 and partial injury 1. Meanwhile. discusion was made to the causes of bile duct injury and the method for prevention and treatment. |
