气功对正常人外周血淋巴细胞影响的研究

用~3H-TdR掺入DNA法测定了气功对正常人外周血淋巴细胞增殖的影响,用细胞电泳技术观察了淋巴细胞表面电荷的变化。试验结果表明,正常淋巴细胞增殖试验,练功前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),而对PHA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖试验差异无显著性(P>0.05)。练功前后淋巴细胞电泳率差异有高度显著性(P<0.001),25例结果中有19例(19/25)练功后比练功前明显增快。

STUDY OF EFFECT ON NORMAL HUMAN PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTE BY QIGONG

We tried to elucidate effect of normal human peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation on molecular level by use of ~3H-TdR to uptake DNA method and changes of lymphocyte suface charge were observed by use of cellular electrophoresis so as to show the effect on lymphocyte in Qigong. we compared twenty five young students lymphocyte electrophoresis rate after doing Qigong and before. experimental results dealed with statisical analysis (P<0.001), there was significance differences between them. 19 of them (19/25) enhanced lymphocyte electrophore sis rates. We determined lymphocyte proliferation of nineteen young students by use of ~3H-TdR uptake DNA methed before doing and after, experimental results revealed that differences had significance to normal lymphocyte proliferation test by statistical analysis before doing Qigong and after (P<0.05), 12 of them (12/19) obviously rose on cpm value. To compared PHA-induced lymphocyte proliferation by ~3H-TdR uptake DNA method before doing Qigong and after, difference had no significance by statistical analysis.
