| 摘 要： | 报告了二期胰十二指肠切除术治疗壶腹周围癌并重症胆管炎3例,其中胰头癌2例,十二指肠乳头癌1例。痊愈2例,死亡1例。二期手术时间平均9.7d。本中对二期手术的适应症及时机选择等有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In this report, we present 3 cases of the periampulle cancer and AOSC were treated and secondary pancreatoduodenectomy. Two cases of them were pancereas cancer and one case of them was papilla duodeni cancer. Two cases resulted in recuperation and one in death. The average time of secondary operation was 9.7 days. It was disccussed the indication of operation and opportunity and way of operation as well as clinically significance. |
