477例宫颈癌变组织中挖空细胞的检测

近年来国内外越来越多的研究证明人体乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈癌关系密切。本文根据宫颈受感染后上皮形成挖空细胞的现象,对477例病变宫颈进行了光镜观察分析,结果表明癌前病变和原位癌挖空细胞出现率较高,为80.9％和86％。低分化以下中晚期癌出现率低,为11％。因此挖空细胞可以做为宫颈癌早期发现重要指征之一,有显著临床意。

Relationship of Human Papilloma Virus Infection to Cervical Carcinoma

Recent years, more and more study in the world has shown that cervical carcinoma are closely associated with infection of HPV. This is about analysesing and studing of the sign that the cervical epithelium formed koilocyte after infection of HPV. Effect showed that the incidence of the koilocyte in atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ were higher (80.9% and 86%) than in low differentiation, undifferentiation and advanced carcinoma (11%). Therefore koilocyte can be used as important sign of early cervical carcinoma and the clinical sense is marked.
