| 摘 要： | 1982～1987年共收治细菌性肝脓肿50例,其中手术切开引流27例,经皮肝穿刺置管引流23例。文中通过两种治疗方法比较,侧重就经皮肝穿刺置管引流之优点谈了看法。认为此种方法操作简便、准确可靠,费用低、手术创伤小、便于掌握及推广。

| Abstract: | Fifty cases of bacterial hepatic abscess were treated from 1982 to 1987, in which 27 cases were drained by incision and other 23 cases were drained by percutaneous hepatic drainagetube. Two methods of treatment was compared in this article. We discussed the advantages of the treatment with percutaneous hepatic drainage-tube, and believed that this method is easy operated with less damages and cheap expehses. |
