安徽省1998年常规免疫接种率报告和监测系统的评价

为了解安徽省儿童常规免疫接种率报告质量 ,并对现行的监测系统进行评价 ,应用EPIinfo 6 0 4软件对全省 1998年常规免疫接种率报告监测系统提供的数据进行统计分析。结果显示 ,全省常规免疫接种卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破混合制剂、麻疹疫苗、乙型肝炎疫苗等 5种疫苗的报告接种率均在 90 %以上 ,其估计接种率为 13 7%～ 85 1% ;地区级报告及时率为83 5 % ;对 12个地区的乡级报告数据分析 ,未报 1 8% ;农村和城市报告次数 <5次的分别占 5 1 0 %和 14 4%。通过D值、R值综合评价 ,4个 ( 2 5 % )地区判定为可信 ,其余为不可信 ,因此提高乡级报告工作质量 ,是常规免疫接种率监测系统数据可信性的关键

Evaluation on the Routine Immunization Reporting System in Anhui Province in 1998

In order to get the information about routine immunization coverage rate in Anhui Province and to evaluate the work of surveillance system, we analyzed the data provided by the surveillance system throughout Anhui in 1998 with EpI Info 6.04. The results showed that the reported immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV and HBV were more than 90%, but the estimated rates ranged from 13.7% to 85.1%. The timely reporting rate at the prefecture level was 83.5%. According to the data of the township reporting system from 12 prefectures, the non-reporting rate was 1.8%. The rates of reporting less than 5 times at the rural and urban areas were 51.0% and 14.4% respectively. The reporting system of 4 prefectures (25%) were regarded as the credible systems and the others were incredible according to a comprehensive evaluation of D and P values. So, improving the reporting quality of the township is the key to the credibility of the surveillance system for routine immunization coverage rate.
