晴尔治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的 观察晴尔治疗急性脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法 将入选病人按入院顺序随机分为晴尔治疗组和川芎对照组,于治疗前及治疗后不同时期分别进行血、尿常规、肝肾功能、凝血四项、心电图等安全性检查,临床疗效评估采用NIH评分、Barthel指数,实验室评估采用血液流变学。结果治疗后两组NIH评分、Barthel指数和血液流变学指标均有改善,治疗组与对照组相比疗效更佳;晴尔应用中无明显副作用。结论 晴尔可显著降低血液粘度,促进神经功能恢复,为脑梗死急性期理想治疗用药。

Clinical observation of ozagrel injection on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the effectiveness and reliability of ozagrel injection on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 15 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected randomly as treatment group and treated with ozagrel injection for 14 days,another 15 cases were selected as control group and treated with chuanxiong rhizome injection,before and after administration,blood routine,urine routine,hepatic function,renal function,blood coagulation function,electrocardiogram as the appraisal of reliability was detected,NIHSS scores,Barthel Index and hemorheology were measured as the appraisal of curative effects.Results NIHSS scores,Barthel Index and hemorheology of both groups were improved after treatment.The effect was more significant in treatment group.No side effect of ozagrel injection was found in the trial.Conclusion The ozagrel injection can decrease blood viscosity significantly and promote the recovery of neurological function.The ozagrel injection is an ideal drug for acute cerebral infarction.
