| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨适合于小儿深度烧伤创面治疗的较理想的临床治疗方法。方法 将2000年9月至2004年6月收治的108例小儿深度烧伤随机分为湿润暴露疗法治疗组（MEBT治疗组）和磺胺嘧啶银霜对照组（SD-Ag霜对照组），MEBT治疗组56例，SD-Ag霜对照组52例，观察两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组的疼痛程度、感染发生率、创面愈合时间、手术例数、瘢痕增生率晚均明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 烧伤湿润暴露疗法是治疗小儿深度烧伤创面较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of MEBT in treating pediatric deep bura wounds.Method 108 burned children were divided into 2 group,56 in a group to be treated with MEBT and another 52 to be treated with SD-Ag Cream.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results In MEBT group,the pain incidence,infection rate and scar forming rate were lower than that in SD-Ag Cream group,the wound healing time was shorter and the number of cases subjected to operation was fewer(P<0.01).Conclusion MEBT is an ideal remedy for treating pediatric deep burn wounds. |
