血塞通注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效分析

目的观察血塞通注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将100例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各50例,在常规治疗基础上,对照组应用阿托伐他汀联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组应用血塞通注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗,均连续使用20d。观察2组疗效。结果治疗组症状总有效率为92%明显高于对照组的74%,治疗组心电图改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组心绞痛发作频率比治疗前明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后心绞痛发作频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应轻微,对治疗无影响。结论血塞通注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of clinical effect of Xuesaitong injection combined with atorvastatin in treatment of patients with unstable angina

Objective To observe the effeet of Xuesaitong injection combined with atorvastatin in treatment of patients with unstable angina. Methods 100 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received atorvastatin and isosorbide mononitrate sustained release capsule, while the treatment group received Xuesaitong injection combined with atorvastatin,both groups were treated for 20d, and the effect in the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92% ,which was significantly higher than 74% in the treatment group, and the improvement of ECG in the treatment group was better than that in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The frequency of angina attacks in the two groups were all decreased after treatment, the differenee was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）, and it was lower in the treatment groups when compared with that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifieant （P 〈0.05）. There were on- ly slight adverse reactions in the two groups, and no treatment effeet oeeured. Conclusin Xuesaitong injection combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina is better, which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
