乳腺癌术后2根自制双腔管引流联合絮状物填塞弹性包扎42例效果观察

目的观察乳腺癌术后2根自制双腔管引流联合絮状物填塞弹性包扎的效果。方法将82例乳腺癌术后患者随机分成2组,对照组40例采用传统的腋下单管引流和普通绷带加压包扎,观察组42例采用腋下、肋下2根双腔管引流联合絮状物填塞弹性绷带加压包扎。治疗后比较2组皮下积液及皮瓣坏死发生率。结果观察组皮下积液及皮瓣坏死发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌术后采用腋下、肋下2根双腔管引流联合絮状物填塞弹性绷带加压包扎能降低术后皮下积液、皮瓣坏死的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

The effect observation of double-lumen tube drainage combined with floc elastic bandage after operation of breast cancer

Objective To observe the effect of double-lumen tube drainage combined with floc elastic bandage after operation of breast cancer.Methods 82 cases patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,control group（40 cases） were given conventional single-tube drainage and general arm bandage bandaged,observation group（42 cases） were given the arms,ribs double-lumen tube drainage combined floc elastic pressure bandage.After treatment,compared the incidence rate of subcutaneous fluid and flap necrosis of two groups.Results The incidence rate of subcutaneous fluid and flap necrosis of observation group were lower than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion After breast cancer using the arms,ribs double-lumen tube drainage combined with floc elastic pressure bandage can reduce the incidence rate of postoperative seroma,flap necrosis,is worthy of clinical application.
