| 摘 要： | 目的观察酮替芬联合孟鲁司特辅治喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将56例喘息型支气管炎患者随机分成2组,对照组26例在吸氧、解痉、平喘以及抗炎等常规治疗基础上给予孟鲁司特治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加用酮替芬治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%高于对照组的69.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状缓解、喘鸣音消失时间以及住院天数均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酮替芬联合孟鲁司特治疗喘息型支气管炎疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of ketotifen combined with montelukast in asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 56 cases patients with asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.Control group（26 cases） were treated by montelukast and followed by conventional therapy,treatment group（30 cases） were treated by ketotifen and combined with the treatment of control group.After treatment,compared the effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（96.7%） was higher than that of control group（69.2%）（P0.05）.The remission time,wheezing away time and hospital stay of treatment group were shorter than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Ketotifen combined with montelukast in asthmatic bronchitis has a good effect,is safe and reliable. |
