腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

目的观察腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法将160例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用传统的开腹手术。治疗后比较2组手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间及术后并发症情况。结果观察组手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间均少于对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后感染、术后疼痛及腹胀的发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,对挽救患者生命及术后恢复具有积极的意义,值得临床推广。

The clinical observation of laparoscope treatment of ectopic fetation

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscope treatment of ectopic fetation.Methods 160 cases patients with ectopic fetation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 80 cases.Observation group were given laparoscopic therapy,and control group were given laparotomy surgery.After treatment,compared the time of surgery,anal exhaust time,hospital stay and complications of two groups.Results The time of surgery,anal exhaust time and hospital stay of observation group were apparently less than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of postoperative infection,postoperative pain and abdominal distension of observation group were lower than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscope treatment of ectopic fetation is with less trauma and faster recovery,shorter hospital stay,etc.For saving lives of patients and postoperative recovery has a positive meaning,is worthy of clinical application.
