全髋置换术和半髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效比较

目的探讨全髋置换术和半髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取行髋关节置换术的老年股骨颈骨折患者72例,其中行全髋关节置换术患者40例(A组),半髋关节置换术患者32例(B组)。术后比较2组手术时间、术后并发症、髋关节功能恢复时间及术后疼痛率。结果 A组手术时间及髋关节功能恢复时间均短于B组,并发症发生率高于B组,疼痛率低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效及安全性优于半髋置换术,降低了患者的疼痛率,提高了患者的生活质量,为临床老年股骨颈骨折的首选治疗方式。

Clinical comparative analysis of total hip replacement and half hip replacement in gerontal femoral neck fracture

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of total hip replacement and half hip replacement in gerontal femoral neck fracture.Methods 72 cases patients with with gerontal femoral neck fracture who did hip replacement,of which total hip arthroplasty in 40 cases（A group）,half hip replacement in 32 cases（B group）.After treatment,compared operative time,postoperative complication,hip function recovery time and postoperative pain rate.Results The operation time and hip function recovery time of A group were shorter than those of B group,postoperative complication was highter than that of B group,postoperative pain rate was lower than that of group B,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Total hip replacement for femoral neck fracture,efficacy and safety are better than that of half hip replacement,reduce the pain rate and improve the quality of life of patient,is preferr treatment mode of treating gerontal femoral neck fracture.
