阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与急性脑出血相关性分析

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)与急性脑出血患者的相关性。方法将OSAHS并发急性脑出血患者30例设为观察组,同期收治的非OSAHS并急性脑出血患者40例设为对照组。比较2组昏迷程度及预后。结果观察组患者昏迷程度较对照组重,预后较对照组差,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS并发急性脑出血患者昏迷程度重,预后较非OSAHS急性脑出血患者差,临床上应予以重视。

The relevance analysis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and acute intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the relevance of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） and acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 30 cases patients with OSAHS complicated by acute intracerebral hemorrhage was set to observation group,the same period the 40 cases patients with non-treated OSAHS complicated by acute cerebral hemorrhage was as control group.Compared the coma degree and prognosis of two groups.Results The coma degree of observation group was badder than that of control group,the prognosis was worse than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion OSAHS patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage,coma degree severe,the prognosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage than non-OSAHS patients poor,clinical attention should be paid.
