中药制剂不良反应分析

目的分析医院药物不良反应中有关中药制剂的具体情况及相关因素,为中药制剂的临床合理用药提供些参考。方法对医院上报的2010年81例中药制剂不良反应监测报表资料进行回顾性分析。结果 81例中药制剂不良反应中共涉及中药制剂23种,以静脉给药方式致不良反应的发生率最高达85.9%。药物不良反应涉及的系统或器官主要是皮肤及其附件损害、消化系统损害等。结论重视中药制剂风险管理,提倡中药口服途径给药,加强对中药制剂不良反应的监测和相关研究,保证临床用药的安全性。

Analysis of adverse reaction of Chinese Medicine preparation

Objective To analysis drug adverse reaction of Chinese Medicine preparation and relate factors of the specific circumstances,the clinical preparation for the rational use of medicine to provide more information.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the formulations monitoring report data of 81 cases drug adverse reactions of Chinese Medicine preparation.Results The results involving a total of 23 kinds of Chinese Medicine preparations,intravenous drug delivery in the incidence of adverse reactions caused by the highest（85.9%）.Adverse drug reactions or organ system involved and the clinical manifestations were skin and its appendages damage,damaged to the digestive system.Conclusion Attention to risk management,traditional Chinese Medicine preparation,promoting Chinese Medicine oral route administration,to strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions to traditional Chinese Medicine preparation and related research,to ensure the safety of clinical medicine.
