| 摘 要： | 本文比较了中日两国临床医学专业预防医学教育在培养目标、课程设置和时间分配等方面的差异,结果表明,中日两国在课程设置、授课时数方面基本相同,但在师资队伍和教学内容上差距较大。结合我国目前临床医学专业预防医学教育的现状和存在的问题,提出了改进建议,包括提高预防为主的思想意识,加强预防医学观念的培养;改变教师队伍结构,改革教学内容;重视实践教学;强化社区卫生服务站(点)的预防和卫生保健的职责和功能。

| Abstract: | In order to improve preventive medicine education on clinical medicine program in our country,we compared preventive medicine education on clinical medicine program in the aspects of educative goal,course setup and time assignment between China and Japan.The results showed that course setup and time assignment were basically the same,but significant differences were presented in faculty and teaching contents.We also proposed some beneficial suggestions,such as promoting awareness of preventive medicine,changing teacher team structure,reforming course contents,emphasizing practical teaching and strengthening disease prevention and health care responsibility as well as the functions in community health service centers. |
