病程和情绪障碍对不同运动症状发病部位帕金森病患者神经认知功能的影响

目的：探讨病程和情绪障碍对不同运动症状发病部位帕金森病（PD）患者认知功能的影响是否存在交互作用。方法纳入35例左侧起病的PD患者和31例右侧起病的PD患者，对所有患者进行成套情绪问题和认知功能评估，并探索其是否存在左右交互影响。结果病程和情绪是右侧起病的PD患者认知功能的重要预测因子（均P＜0.05），但在左侧起病者无相关性（均P＞0.05）。病程与左侧起病的PD患者在视觉模拟情绪量表中的活力呈正相关（P＜0.05）。结论情绪问题和病程只交互影响右侧起病的运动症状PD患者的认知功能。

Effects of disease duration and mood disturbances on cognitive function in Parkinson disease patients with motor symptoms of different onset side

Objective To investigate the potential interactions of onset side of motor symptoms, mood and disease dura-tion with cognitive function in patients with Parkinson disease（PD）. Methods Thirty five PD patients with left hemibody onset and 31 PD patients with right hemibody onset were given a battery of tests to evaluate mood functioning and general cognitive func-tioning. Results The interaction of disease duration and mood significantly predicted cognitive functioning for PD patients with right hemibody onset of symptoms（P0.05）. There was a sig-nificant positive relationship between disease duration and energy level for patients with left hemibody onset （P〈0.05）, but not for those with right hemibody onset. Conclusion The results indicate that mood disturbance and disease duration interact to affect cognitive functioning only for PD patients with right hemibody onset of symptoms.
