上海市举办"中国F1大奖赛"的院前医疗急救

目的 探讨保障各种大赛和大会院前医疗急救的方法，提出成功举办赛事的要素。方法 对成功保障上海第一次“中国F1大奖赛”的具体措施进行详细分析。结果 中国F1大奖赛取得圆满成功，赛场医疗救护得到充分保证，伤员得到及时转运。结论 灵敏的通讯和组织网络、救护点的合理布局、救护梯队的建立、人员培训和救护车先进急救装备等是大赛医疗保障成功的可靠保证。

Experience of prehospital emergency care during Shanghai Formula 1

Objective To explore prehospital emergency medical care during all kinds of big matches and conferences,and to bring out the basic elements for holding a successful match. Methods We analyzed measures,which successfully safeguarded the first Shanghai Formula 1. Results Formula 1 in China was successfully held. The on-site medical care was sufficient. The wounded were transported prormptly.Conclusion Sensitive communication network, rational distribution of rescue stations, the establishment of rescue teams, personnel training and advanced emergency equipment are necessary for successfully holding big matches.
