尿毒症性心包炎53例临床分析

尿毒症性心包炎是慢性肾功能衰竭(尿毒症)并发心脏损害的常见表现,多出现于尿毒症的终末期,也可在透析疗法期间发生,对患者的预后有显著影响。我院于1970年1月至1991年3月收治尿毒症患者347例,其中表现心包炎53例,占15.27％,现将其临床特点分析如下。

A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 53 CASES WITH UREMIC PERICARDITIS

Uremic Pericarditis is a kind of cardiac damage in renal functionalfailure and can also occur in the process of dialysis treatment. Among 53 cases there were 21 cases of dry pericarditis, 32 cases of hydropericardium. The latter included 3 cases of pericardiac tamponade. B-ultrasonic wave can help us with our early diagnosis of hydropericardium and the diagnostic rate was high.The fatalityrate of this group was 45.28%. The cases without dialysis therapy mostly died in the days after the onset of pericarditis. The cases with dialysis therapy mostly died owing to serious complications after six months. So the early diagnosis . Dialysis or enhancing dialysis therapy should be under-taken for these cases. The cases with pericardiac tamponade should be emergently treated by pericar - diocentesis to improve their condition.
