| 摘 要： | [目的 ]对人和几种动物的淋巴细胞数目进行测定 .[方法 ]应用T淋巴细胞玫瑰花环实验 .[结果 ]马的淋巴细胞与豚鼠的红细胞结合好 ,但不能与绵羊的红细胞结合 .牛的淋巴细胞与绵羊红细胞及豚鼠红细胞结合好 .豚鼠淋巴细胞与兔红细胞结合率高 .[结论 ]在测定动物的T细胞数时 ,必须同时测试几种动物的红细胞 ,否则T细胞数目将不准确

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE*!The T lymphocytes number of human and several animals were detected. *! METHODS *!The e rosette test for T lymphocytes was used in this study. *!RESULTS*!The lymphocytes of horse were linked well with the red cells of cavy, but were not linked with the red cells of ovine. The lymphocytes of bovine were linked well with the red cells of sheep and cavy. The link rate of lymphocytes of cavy and red cells of rabbit was high . *!CONCLUSION*!At detecting T lymphocytes of animal, the red cells of several animals should be detected at the same time, otherwise the T lymphocytes number detected are not correct. |
