中医药治疗更年期汗证

目的观察针刺、走罐配合二仙汤与酸枣仁汤加减治疗更年期汗证的近期疗效，探寻中医治疗方案。方法将90例患者随机分为2组，治疗组（针刺、走罐、二仙汤与酸枣仁汤加减）和对照组（口服谷维素、维生素C及钙尔奇D片治疗）各45例，观察比较2组近期症状改善情况。结果治疗组近期临床痊愈率68．9％，总有效率95．6％明显优于对照组的35．6％和66．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论针刺、走罐配合二仙汤与酸枣仁汤加减治疗更年期汗证的近期疗效确切，是一种有效的整复中医治疗手段。

Treatment of Climacteric Hidrosis Syndrome of TCM

Objective To observe the effect on acupuncture,moving cupping and curative effect of Erxian Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of climacteric hidrosissyndrome, explore the TCM treatment plan. Methods 90 pa- tients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group （acupuncture plus moving cupping ＋ Erxian Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction） and control group （oral oryzanol, vitamin C and Cahrate D） of the 45 cases, the observation and com- parison of two groups of patients with recent symptoms to improve the situation. Results The treatment group clinical recov- ery rate was 68.9% ,with an efficiency of 95.6% is better than that of the control group was 35.6% and 66.7% ,the dif- ference was very significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The short-term effect on acupuncture, moving cupping and Erxian Decoction and Suanzaoren Decoction in the treatment of climacteric hidrosis was exact and was a kind of effective TCM treat- meat methods.
