加味连梅颗粒治疗早期肥胖2型糖尿病

目的观察加味连梅颗粒治疗早期肥胖2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，各30例，2组均以控制血糖作为基础治疗，口服瑞格列奈片2mg，3次／d。治疗组加服加味连梅颗粒，兑入150mL蒸馏水中，制成中药溶液，3次／剂，2次／d口服。结果治疗组对早期肥胖2型糖尿病患者高血糖、高血脂及临床症状有显著改善作用，减轻体质量，且无任何毒副作用，总有效率93．3％，明显优于对照组的73．3％（P〈0．05）。结论加味连梅颗粒治疗早期肥胖2型糖尿病可显著改善症状，减轻体质量，且无不良反应。

Modified Lianmei Granule Treated for Diabetes type 2 with Obesity in Early Stage

Objective To observe Modified Lianmei Granule the clinical curative effect of early treatment of obesity with type 2 diabetes.Methods 60 patients in treatment group and control group at random, each 30 cases, two groups are to control the blood sugar as the foundation treatment, oral raigor column nai 2 mg, 3/d. Treatment group add Modified Lianmei Granule, against the dollar in 150 mL of distilled water, make traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） solution, 3 times/agent, 2 times/d oral. Results Early treatment group of obese patients with type 2 diabetes, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and can improve the clinical symptoms, weight loss, without any side effects, the total effectiveness 93.3 %, obviously better than that of control group 73.3 % （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Modified Lianmei Granule Curative effect of obesity with type 2 di- abetes early is distinct and no adverse reactions.
