中西医结合治疗急性期脑出血

目的探察中西医结合疗法治疗急性期脑出血的临床效果。方法将78例患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各39例，2组均给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液10mL入液静滴，1次／d，连续20d，对照组使用止血药物治疗，对比2组患者治疗效果及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分（NIHSS）、改良Rankin量表评分（mRS）情况。结果观察组治愈率显著高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后NIHSS、mRS评分改善较对照组更为明显（P〈0．05）。结论丹参注射液可以促进急性期脑出血患者血肿吸收，改善患者愈后，对急性期脑出血治疗可起积极作用。

Integrated Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the effect of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 78 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected in our hospital. （from Jan. 20ll to Dec. 2011） The head CT examination showed that the volume of their cerebral hemorrhage is less than 20 mL. They received reha- bilitation with stable vital signs after 24-72 hours of the attack. They were divided randomly into observation group and con- trol group. Patients in both groups are given normal treatment. Patients in observation group are given with the treatment of danshen injections （once a day, for 20 days）. Patients in control group are given hemostatic drugs. The treatment effect, NIHSS, Tankin and mRS are compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate in observation group is higher than that in control group after two weeks. The two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05） ; the statistics of NIHSS, mRS in observation group is better than that in control group. The two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Danshen injection can promote the absorption of hematoma in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. It has positive effect on the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.
