雷火灸联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎30例

目的评估雷火灸联合柳氮磺吡啶（S_ASP）治疗轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的疗效及安全性。方法将符合纳入标准的60例UC患者按随机数字表法随机分为雷火灸组（SASP和雷火灸）和对照组（SASP），每组30例，治疗结束时评估和比较2组的疗效，活动指数、镜下黏膜表现积分及不良反应发生情况。结果雷火灸组的总有效率93．33％高于对照组70．00％，P〈0．05；2组完全缓解率分别为43．33％，33．33％，差异无统计学意义；治疗后，雷火灸组患者活动指数低于对照组（P〈0．05）；雷火灸组患者镜下黏膜积分低于对照组（P〈0．05）；在不良反应发生率方面，雷火灸组3．33％优于对照组的23．33％，P〈0．05。结论雷火灸联合sAsP治疗UC其机理可能与调整人体异常的系统免疫功能有关，疗效可靠，不良反应少。

Treatment of Mild to Moderate Unicerative Colitis with Salazosulfapyridine and Thunder- fire Moxibustion in 30 Cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety about thunder- fire moxibustion combined with salazosulfapyridine （SASP） in the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 patients with UC were randomly divided intothe thunder- fire moxibustion group （SASP and thunder- fire moxibustion） and control group （SASP） according to random number table method, 30 in each group, at the end of the treatment to evaluate and compare the curative effect of two groups, activity index, the microscopic mucous membrane performance integral and adverse reactions occur. Results The to- tal effective rate of thunder- fire moxibustion group （93.33 % ） than the control group（70.00% ）, P 〈 0.05; Two sets of complete response rates were 43.33 %, 33.33 %, there was no statistically significant difference, P 〉 0.05 ; After treatment, the thunder - fire moxibustion group activity index in patients than controls （ P 〈 0.05） ; Thunder - fire moxibustion groups were microscopically mucosa points lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05） ; ha terms of incidence of adverse reactions, thunder - fire moxibustion group （3.33 % ） than the control group （23.33 % ）, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Thunder - fire moxibustion combined SASP is a relatively safe and effective for the treatment of UC, simple operation method, has the ad- vantages of high curative effect, adverse reaction rate is low.
