| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方苦参注射液联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效。方法将64例恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的患者随机分为2组，对照组32例，单纯应用帕米膦酸二钠治疗；治疗组32例，在对照组基础上联合复方苦参注射液治疗。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为62．5％（20／32）和34．4％（11／32），2组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方苦参注射液联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛，有明显的协同作用，能提高近期疗效，明显改善患者疼痛症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of compound matrine injection and pamidronate disodium on pain of bone metas- tases in therioma. Methods 64 patients with bone metastases in therioma were randomly divided into two groups. 32 pa- tients in control group were given the treatment of pamidronate disodiura.32 patients in treatment group were given the treat- ment of compound matrine injection and pamidronate disodium. Results The total effective rates in control group and treat- ment group are 62.5% （20/32） and 34.4% （11/32）. The two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion |
