老年肾脏病患者血小板膜糖蛋白的改变及其临床意义

目的：探讨血小板在老年肾脏病患者的活化状态及其临床意义。方法：利用流式细胞仪检测了180例老年肾脏病患者及30例健康自愿者外周血小板的膜糖蛋白CD62P、CD63、CD41和CD61的表达。结果：高血压肾病组、糖尿病肾病组、肾病综合征组和高尿酸血症肾病组CD62P、CD63的表达均较对照组显著增高（P＜0.05)，而尿毒症组CD62P和CD63的表达均较对照组显著降低（P＜0.05)，各组CD41和CD61的表达与对照组比较无显著差异（P＞0.05)。结论：高血压肾病、糖尿病肾病、肾病综合征和高尿酸血症肾病患者的血小板活化均增强，而尿毒症期血小板活化功能低下。

Change of platelet membrane glycoprotein in elderly patients with renal diseases and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate platelet active status in elderly patients with renal diseases and its clinical significance. Methods: In 180 elderly patients with renal diseases and 30 healthy volunteers, the expression of peripheral platelet membrane glycoproteins CD62P, CD63, CD41 and CD61 were measured by flow cytometry. Results: The expression of CD62P and CD63 on platelet in the groups of hypertensive nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, nephritic syndrome and hyperuricemic nephropathy was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05), however, the expression of CD62P and CD63 on platelet in uremia group was significantly lower than that in the healthy control group (P<0.05), and the expression of CD41 and CD61 on platelet in all the above groups was no significant difference as compared with the healthy control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: The platelet activation in the groups of hypertensive nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, nephritic syndrome and hyperuricemic nephropathy are all increased, but the platelet activation decreases during uremia.
