MMP-7和VEGF-A的表达与结肠直肠癌浸润转移关系的探讨

目的研究结肠直肠癌基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)和血管内皮生长因子A(VEGF-A)的表达对结肠直肠癌侵袭和转移的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测86例大肠癌组织和10例正常组织中MMP-7和VEGF-A的表达情况。结果在86例结肠直肠癌组织中MMP-7的阳性表达率为65.1%,VEGF-A为50%,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。VEGF-A和MMP-7的表达与结肠直肠癌淋巴结转移、分化程度、Ducks分期相关(P<0.05),与性别无关(P>0.05)。VEGF-A的表达与MMP-7的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论大肠癌中MMP-7、VEGF-A的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移密切相关,可作为判断大肠癌恶性程度、转移及预后的重要参考指标。

Effect of matrix metalloproteinase-7 and vascular endothelial growth factor-A expression on tumor invasion and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the effect of matrix metalloproteinase-7(MMP-7)and vascular endothelial growth factor-A(VEGF-A)expression on tumor invasion and metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of MMP-7 and VEGF-A was detected in 86 colorectal carcinomas and 10 normal colorectal tissues by immunohistochemical methods.Results The positive expression rate of MMP-7 and VEGF-A in 86 colorectal tissue sampleswas 65.1% and 50% respectively,which was statistically higher than that in control group.MMP-7 and VEGF-A expression was correlated to lymph node metastasis,differentiation and Dukes grade of carcinoma(P<0.05).The overexpression of VEGF-A was closely related to the positive expression of MMP-7(P<0.01).Conclusion The overexpression of MMP-7 and VEGF-A is closely related to tumor invasion and metastasis,and they might be used as important prognosis indicators.
