灭多威毒饵对家蝇的毒杀效果

探讨灭多威（Methomyl）毒饵对家蝇（MuscadomesticaVicina）的毒力效果。方法：将灭多威配制成不同浓度毒饵，置于塑料纱笼内，逐日观察试蝇死亡数。结果：随着毒饵浓度增高，试蝇累积死亡率越高，如浓度为0．1％时，死亡率在83．3％以上，持效期7～8天；不同浓度组第1～2天内死亡数均最多，雄蝇的敏感性大于雌蝇。结论：该毒饵触杀家蝇的最佳浓度为0．1％。

Effect of Methomyl Baits against Houseflies

It was studied in this papcr the effect of Methomyl baits in housefly control The experiment result showed that the higher the density of Methomyl, the higher the death rate of house flies. While the dcnsity of Methomyl was 0. 1%, the death rate of house flies was higher than 83.3 %, and the effective time last for 7-8 days. To the another concentration, the death rate of houseflies was the highest in 1-2 days. The sensitivity of male house fly to Methomyl was higher than that of female housefly.
