| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺癌围手术期护理方法，减少术后并发症发生，提高疗效。方法：对乳腺癌患者120例临床资料进行分析总结。结果：本组患者兀围手术期死亡，术后伤口延期愈合6例，无严重并发症。结论：通过加强围手术期心理护理、辅助治疗护理、引流管护理、早期患肢功能锻炼，有效的减少了并发症的发生，有利于疾病康复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the nursing methods in perioperative management of breast cancer, reduces the happening of complication and improve the curative effect. Method： The clinical data of 120 cases of breast cancer were analyzed and summarized. Result： There were no death during perioperativc period in this group, 6 cases suffered incision delayed healing, no other serious complications occured. Conclusion： It is helpful for reducing the happening of complication and the recovery of breast cancer to strengthen the mental nursing, adjunctive therapy nursing, drainage tube nursing and postoperative functional exercise of affected limb in the earlier period. |
