针刺治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床研究

目的 探讨针刺治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的作用机理.方法 采用以穴位注射为主治疗70例小儿脑瘫,并观察治疗前后血清骨钙素、血清生长激素、CT的变化,同时做GMFM量表随访评估.结果 治疗后,血清生长激素82.1%上升,血清骨钙素87.5%下降,CT 60.7%有不同程度的改善,GMFM各个能区评估值也均有不同程度提高（P＜0.05）.结论 其作用机理是针刺刺激了穴位,通过神经、经络而调整了体内激素水平的分泌来促进生长发育,改善运动功能状态,从而达到其治疗效果.

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy

ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism of the therapeutic action of acupuncture on infantile cerebral palsy.MethodSeventy children with cerebral palsy were treated by point injection as main therapy.Serum Osteocalcin,serum growth hormone and CT were evaluated before and after treatment a follow-up evaluation was made with GMFM scale. ResultsAfter treatment,serum growth hormone rose in 82.1%,Serum Osteocalcin dropped in 87.5%,CT showed different degrees of improvement and the evaluated values increased in different degrees in the various ability areas of GMFM(P<0.05).ConclusionThe mechanism of the therapeutic action of acupuncture on infantile cerebral palsy is that is stimulates the points and regulates the secretion of body hormones through nerves and meridians to promote growth and development and improve motor function,producing its curative effect.
