结肠癌组织中生存素(Survivin)基因的检测

目的探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与结肠癌发生发展、临床病理特征之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测Survivin在59例结肠癌、20例结肠腺瘤、19例正常结肠组织中的表达,并结合患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果结肠癌组织中Survivin的阳性表达率为64.4%,结肠腺瘤组织中为5%,Survivin在正常结肠组织和结肠腺瘤组织中不表达。结肠癌组织中Survivin的表达均显著高于结肠腺瘤以及正常结肠粘膜组织中的表达(P<0.05)。结论Survivin的异常表达与结肠癌的发生、发展和病理学特征有关。

Detection of Surviving Gene in Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate expression of antiapoptosis gene survivin,and its relationship with tumor progress,clinical pathological characteristic in colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of survivin were examined by immunohistochemistry streptavidin biotin peroxidase(S-P) in 59 patients with colorectal carcinoma,20 patients with enteric adenoma,19 normal patients and to analyze their relation with clinical pathological data.Results The positive rates of survivin gene were 64.4%in colorectal carcinoma tissue and 5.0% in enteric adenoma,respectively.The survivin gene was not expressed in normal intestine tissues and large enteric adenoma.The positive rate of survivin gene in colorectal carcinoma was higher than that in normal intestine tissues and intestine adenoma.Clinical stages,infiltrate extent,tumor transfer along nodus lymphaticus and stages in light of Duck's was no correlation to survivin gene.Conclusion Abnormal expression of survivin gene was related to tumor malignant progress in colorectal adenoma and characteristic of pathology and has a synergistic action in occurring,developing in colorectal carcinoma.
