内镜鼻窦手术保留中鼻甲的临床观察

目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的鼻内镜鼻窦手术中保留中鼻甲的可行性及临床意义。方法40例双侧慢性鼻一鼻窦炎伴有鼻息肉患者，在鼻内镜鼻窦手术中切除一侧中鼻甲，保留另侧中鼻甲，应用鼻内镜观察手术后中鼻甲形态，中隔鼻甲以及术腔闭塞的发生率。结果①保留的中鼻甲形态及外观均接近正常；②中鼻甲保留侧和中鼻甲切除侧的中隔鼻甲出现率分别为15.0％和60.3％，术腔闭塞率分别为20.0％和65.0％。结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术中经适当处理保留的中鼻甲可恢复正常，对术后术腔的恢复有积极作用。

Clinical observation of middle turbinate reservation in endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective To study the feasibility and clinical significance of the middle turbinate retain in endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis.Methods Forty patients with nasal polyps and sinusitis were chosen.The middle turbinate was removed on one side and preserved on the opposite side.The morphology of middle turbinate of the septal turbinate formation of ethmoid sinus cavity were investigated postoperatively by nasal endoscopy.Results ①Morphology and appearance of middle turbinate reserved return to normal;②The proportions of the septal turbinate formation of ethmoid sinus cavity in the groups with middle turbinates reserved and resected was 15.0%,20.0% and 60.3%,65.0%,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The structure of reserved middle turbinate may return to normal with the middle turbinate reservation in endoscopic sinus sargery,which has a positive effect.
