四肢长骨骨端骨折的手术治疗

目的：应用合适内固定系统，采用合理术式治疗四肢长骨骨端骨折以获得最佳关节功能，方法：按AO技术对168例新鲜闭合四肢长骨骨端骨折行切开复位内固定治疗，强调恢复关节面解剖对合，骨缺损植骨和有效内固定，内固定物使用各种特殊支持钢板，螺钉，螺栓，钢丝等，结果：经平均1．5年随访，骨折全部愈合，关节功能恢复良好，优良率87．5％，结论：各种特殊形状钢板等合适的内固定物应用于骨端骨折，能很好适应骨端的特殊要求，经正确术式和骨折的确定固定，患者术后能尽早恢复关节活动，获得满意的关节功能。

Operative Treatment of the Limb Extremities Fractures

Objective: To study in operative treating with the limb extremities fractures with various internal fixer and proper operation to get the best articular function recovery. Methods: One hundred and sixty eight cases of the close limb extremities fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation followed the AO technique. It is important to reduce the articular surface, graft in bone defect areas and for fractures to be stable. The internal fixer included the buttress plate, screw and so on. Results: After follow-up of average 1.5 years all fractures were healed and the rate of excellent and good articular function recovery was 87.5%. Conclusion: The variety of special internal fixer could fit the anatomic shape of limb extremities. The result would be satisfactory with proper operation, stable fixation and the joints getting earlier movement after operation.
