移动卒中单元疗效的初步研究

目的 评价移动卒中单元对脑卒中患者神经系统功能和生活自理能力的影响.方法 研究对象为2005年1～11月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院神经内科住院治疗的脑梗死患者103例.他们随机分配到移动卒中单元和普通治疗小组进行治疗.观察比较6个月随访期间神经系统功能(NIHSS评分)、生活自理能力(BI评分)和残障水平(OHS评分).结果 移动卒中单元组脑梗死患者NIHSS评分、BI评分和OHS评分明显好于普通治疗组.结论 与普通治疗组比较,移动卒中单元可显著改善脑梗死患者神经系统功能和生活自理能力,改善残障水平.

Effect of mobile stroke unit on clinical outcome in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate the effect of mobile stroke unit on the clinical outcome in the patients with stroke.Methods Total 103 cases of acute cerebral infarction,who were admitted in the Department of Neurology,the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing University of Medical Sciences during January 2005 to November 2005,were randomized into mobile stroke unit and general ward for receiving treatment.Observational measures included Barthel Indexs(BI),National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),and Oxford Handicap Scale(OHS).Results There were significant differences on the NIHSS,BI,OHS between the mobile stroke unit group and the general ward group.Conclusion Mobile stroke unit has much better clinical outcome than general ward for cerebral infarction.
