| 摘 要： | 目的选择性应用岛状皮瓣转位修复足跟部组织缺损.方法彻底清理足跟部创面,根据创面缺损范围选择性应用足底内侧动脉岛状皮瓣、胫后动脉逆行岛状皮瓣转位修复.结果 32 例皮瓣全部成活,行走正常.结论在没有足部血管严重损伤的情况下,应用岛状皮瓣转位为修复足跟部组织缺损的最佳适应证,小面积缺损以足底内侧动脉岛状皮瓣修复首选,较大面积缺损则以胫后动脉逆行岛状皮瓣首选.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of island form flaps to repair heel defection and damage. Methods Cleaned up the heel damage thoroughly,the thenar interior artery island form flaps or the posterior tibial artery conversed island form flaps were applicated to repair heel defection and damage. Results All the flaps were survived in 32 cases. Conclusion Under the condition of having no severe heel damage, to repair heel defection and damage with island form flaps is feasible. Small defection should be reconstructed by the thenar interior artery island form flaps, while the bigger part should be repaired with the posterior tibial artery conversed island form flaps. |
