大学生性与生殖健康素质教育的探索与实践

摘    要:目的:总结非医学专业大学生性与生殖健康教育的实践经验,为高校持续进行性与生殖健康素质教育提供教学方法和教学内容的借鉴。方法:为非医学专业本科生开设性与生殖健康教育公选课程,采用多媒体课堂授课方式,学习期末进行匿名问卷调查,调查结果应用Microsoft Excel统计分析。结果:①选修学生120人,有效问卷81.7%,其中女生占24.5%,男生占75.5%,覆盖32个专业。②100%学生认为课程的开设有意义,75.5%学生从个人角度出发认为该课程非常必要,8.2%的学生认为该门课程应该列为必修课。③9%的学生在本课程前已经掌握或多或少的性与生殖健康知识,97.9%的学生承认性的相关知识来自色情影片、网络、书本和同学间的交流,86.7%的学生认为自己既往的知识不够全面,30.6%的学生认为自己既往的知识有错误。④学生对所授课内容的兴趣分布依次是:男女性器官的解剖与生理65.3%,性传播疾病预防41.8%,性反应与性行为35.7%,避孕与人工流产35.7%,性的社会学/伦理学30.6%,常见男女生殖器官疾病28.6%,不孕与辅助生殖技术26.5%,人类繁衍与优生25.5%,性卫生保健21.4%,女性性功能障碍6.1%,男性发育5.1%,性取向障碍与性偏好障碍5.1%。⑤31.6%的学生建议授课方式应该更多的互动,28.6%的学生要求增加视频。学生要求增加讲授的内容主要是:性技巧(17.3%),性心理内容(13.3%),更多实际临床例子(14.3%),法律相关内容(7.1%),同性恋(3.1%)。结论:非医学专业大学生性与生殖健康教育可以达到正面教育效果,应该针对其年龄特点采取相应的教学方法和讲授相应的内容。

Abstract:Objectives: Summerized the experience of sexual and reproductive health education in non- medical college students and help teachers to choose educational contents and teaching methods. Methods: Set up sexual and reproductive health education curriculum for non -medical undergraduates, applying multimedia teaching, surveyed with an questionnaire in the end. Microsoft Excel software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1 ) The number of students for the course is 120, covering 32 professionals and 98 students handed in the questionnaire, including 24. 5% of girls and 75.5% of boys. 2) 100% said the course was necessary, 8. 2 % thought it should be a required curriculum. 3 ) 99 % of the students knew more or less sexual and reproductive health knowledge, 97.9% admitted their knowledge came from porno films, internet, video, books and schoolmates, none from school education. 86. 7 % of students admitted that their past knowledge was incomplete, 30. 6 % of students admitted that they had some wrong knowledge. 4 ) The interested contents included: male and female sexual anatomy and physiology (65.3%), prevention and treatment for sexual transmitted diseases (41.8%), sexual response and sexual behavior (35.7%), contraception and artificial abortion ( 35.7% ), sexual sociology / ethics ( 30, 6% ), common male and female genital diseases (28.6%), infertility and assisted reproductive technology ( 26. 5% ), human reproduction ( 25.5% ), sexual health care (21.4%), female sexual dysfunction(6. 1% ), sexual orientation and preferences (5.1%), men sexual development (5.1%). 5 ) 100% of the students fully admired the teaching methods and contents, 31.6% of the students suggested more communication between teachers and students, 28.6% of the students suggested more video . Students wanted the following contents to be included: sexual skills ( 17. 3% ) , sexual psychology ( 13.3% ) , more clinical examples ( 14. 3% ), law - related contents (7.1% ), homosexuality (3.1%). Conclusions: Sexual and reproductive health education is necessary for quality education in non - medical undergraduates and should cover their actual needs, with a more diverse teaching method.
