沿海地区108例散发性戊型肝炎的临床特点

目的分析北方沿海地区文登散发性戊型肝炎的临床特点。方法回顾分析108例住院散发性戊型肝炎患者的流行病学资料、临床表现、实验室检测、治疗和转归。结果戊型肝炎全年散发，每年第一季度为高发（38．0％）；男性多于女性（4．1：1）；平均年龄59．2岁，中老年发病多（88．0％）；农民居多（84．3％）；合并基础疾病患者占88．9％。老年患者及重叠HBV感染者病情重，病程长。治疗后血清丙氨酸转移酶（ALT）恢复较快，平均住院日24．9天，平均住院费用8923．4元。但老年组总胆红素（TBIL）恢复较慢，平均住院日28．9天，平均住院费用10325．9元。结论本地区住院戊型肝炎患者以农村的中老年男性患者居多，多合并基础疾病，临床表现较重，病程较长，花费较高，但预后较好，病死率较低。

Clinical analysis on 108 patients with sporadic hepatitis E for coastal regions

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical features of hepatitis E in the north coastal regions. Methods The clinical manifestations, complications, treatment and outcome of 108 patients with hepatitis E were retrospectively observed and analyzed. Results Hepatitis was distributed throughout the year, in the first quarter as high incidence of 38.0%; more men than women （4.1：1）; with an average age of 59.2 years, elderly morbidity of 88.0%. Farmers was the majority （84.3%）; basic diseases patients accounted for 88.9%. Elderly and overlapping HBV infection patients had the longer duration. ALT resumed rapidly after treatment, an average of 24.9 days of such confinement, the average hospitalization cost 8923.4 yuan. But the elderly group TBIL restored slower, an average of 28.9 days of such confinement, the average hospitalization cost 10325.9 yuan. Conclusion Hospital patients with hepatitis E are mostly the middle-aged and old male in the region of rural, generally combined with basic diseases, with the heavier clinical manifestation, the longer duration, the higher cost, but with better prognosis and lower fatality rate.
