保守治疗治愈根尖区小囊肿的疗效报告

目的为研究单纯根管内封药＋牙胶尖根管充填术对前牙区根尖周小囊肿（直径〈2cm）的临床疗效。方法选择前牙区根尖小囊肿（直径〈2cm）病例35例43颗患牙，进行充分的引流，根管预备，封VITAPEX，每半月换一次药，期间多次拍根尖X光片观察囊肿收缩情况，之后进行碧蓝麻根管充填糊剂＋牙胶尖根管充填。术后每半年复诊拍X线牙片追踪观察疗效。结果43颗患牙根尖周治疗追踪2年后痊愈27颗，好转12颗，失败4颗，总有效率90．69％。结论通过VITAPEX根管封药＋牙胶尖根管充填可以治愈大部分前牙根尖周小囊肿。

Curative effect report of conservative treatment for small apical cyst

Objective To study the combined clinical efficacy of sealing agents in simple root canal and gutta-percha root canal filling for treatment of small apical cyst （less than 2 cm in diameter） in anterior tooth. Methods A total of 43 anterior teeth with apical small cyst from 35 cases were studied. All teeth went through adequate drainage, root canals preparation and VITAPEX sealing. Agents were changed fortnightly. During the treatment period, primacaine filling paste combined with gutta-percha was used for root canal filling, according to the shrink status of cyst shown on X-rays of the apical. X-rays following up was performed every six months to track the clinical efficacy after the operations. Results After a two-year-long follow-up, among the 43 teeth with apical cyst, 27 teeth healed, 12 improved, and 4 failed. The effective rate was 90.69%.Conclusion VITAPEX root canal sealing combined with gutta-percha root canal filling can treat effectively most of small apical cyst in anterior tooth.
