舒芬太尼伍用丙泊酚在无痛人流中的临床应用分析

目的对舒芬太尼伍用丙泊酚在无痛人流中使用的临床应用分析的探讨。方法选取接受无痛人流的120例患者,分为对照组和实验组,对照组使用芬太尼伍用丙泊酚进行麻醉,实验组使用舒芬太尼伍用丙泊酚进行麻醉。结果实验组宫颈口扩张程度[优（30．00％）、良（65．00％）]高于对照组[优（5．00％）、良（38．33％）];实验组镇痛疗效[优（40．00％）、良（50．00％）]高于对照组[优（13．33％）、良（21．67％）];两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。对照组的清醒时间、恢复时间和丙泊酚用量均高于实验组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在无痛人流中使用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉,在手术后,患者可完全的清醒,维持的镇痛时间较长,镇痛效果显著,应广泛推广应用。

Analysis on clinical application of sufentanil combined with propofol used in artificial abortion

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application of sufentanil combined with propofol in artificial abortion. Methods We selected 120 patients of artificial abortion in our hospital, and divided them into control group and experimental group, control group used fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia, the experimental group used sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia. Results The experimental group had the opening of the cervix expansion degree of excellent （30.00%） and good （65.00%）, which were higher than those of the control group as （5.00%） and good （38.33%）. The experimental group had the curative effect of analgesia of excellent （40.00%） and good （50.00%）, which were higher than those of the control group as （13.33%） and good （21.67%）. There were statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. In control group, the waking time, recovery time and the dosage of propofol were higher than those in the experimental group, there were statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia used in artificial abortion, can keep the patients fully awake after surgery, and maintain the analgesia time longer, with analgesic effect, which should be widely applied.
